ABSOLUTELY NO FACE PAINT IN THE PLAY AREA-(IF YOU WILL HAVE FACE PAINT AT YOUR EVENT PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH US.)
Please do not ALLOW CHILDREN TO move the large equipment around in the play area.
PARENT SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES
No pets inside the play area

DEPOSIT:
There is a refundable cleaning deposit of $100, The deposit will NOT be refunded if the equipment is dirty, wet, damaged, stained, moved, or the balls are not inside the ball pit at the time of pickup.
Booking is not confirmed until the deposit is
received.

DELIVERY FEE is applied depending on the location
WEATHER
If there is a 30% chance of rain, we will not set up. If it rains on the date of your rental, you must move your event indoors or reschedule for a later date. Once the equipment is set up there will be no rescheduling. If rain starts to occur during the event, we will return for pickup.
No refund will be issued!

CANCELLATIONS:
If cancelled within 7 calendar days prior to your event your deposit can be refunded. Cancellations made less than 7 days from the event will result in the loss of your deposit.
